Minimum order is around 100 or 150 cups depends of the size. Please visit each products Pages for more details.

1.3 How long does it take to be delivered ?
Once the art proof approved, you will be delivered under 3 weeks.
2 Rent
2.1 What is the order deadline for renting cups ?
Renting cups could be delivered 48h in Montreal, 3 days in Quebec and 5 days in Canada.
2.2 Do I have to pay shipping fees when returning the cups ?
The return remains the responsibility of the customer. You can also choose to return the cups directly to our laundry.
3 Washing
3.1 Can I put my cups in the dishwahser ?
Absolutely ! Every year, we wash more than 800 000 cups in our dishwasher.
Cups' high quality allows you to wash them a hundred times.
3.2 How long does it take to wash the cups ?
Cups will be ready and washed in 3 days.
We also offer an express 24h service, visit Washing.
4 Print
4.1 I've placed my order, we'll you send me and artproof ?
Absolutely ! Once your design recieved (see Print), we'll send you a PDF artproof for approvation.
4.2 Do I have to adjust my design to the cups' shape ?
Definitely not ! With silkscreen printing process the cup turns around under the frame. Don't incline your design.

4.3 Which file type do I have to send you for printing ?
Please use one of the following files types : .ai, .psd,. png, .eps and please avoid the .jpeg files.
